  1. SO 844801

    Complaint: truck stalls when idling; auto park disabled. TCM reprogram / module flash performed; recall work partially blocked by cargo in the rear seat.

  2. SO 845352

    Still stalling after software update; tech notes cold-start hunt, no codes, intake/MAP checks, PCM reset. Throttle body ordered.

  3. SO 846124

    Electrical concern: still cutting out when coming to a stop at idle. PCM updated (68643445AG → 68643445AS). Printed evening of Oct 7 before the email.

  4. Email — “Service Issue”

    Written after another stall at a light. Frames idle hunting as a closed-loop RPM control issue and asks Erin Dodge management for a Stellantis escalation plan. References SO 844801, 845352, and 846124.

  5. SO 846305

    Ongoing stall at lights after prior updates/O₂ work; diagnosis with intermittent stall on road test, then ignition module (and later related parts) ordered/replaced under warranty.
